You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order dispatches. Etsy + Printful both send dispatch notifications — same tracking number, two emails (just how the integration works; not a duplicate order).
Tracking goes through standard carriers per region (DPD, Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, DHL, AusPost, etc.) — Etsy shows the link in your order page.
Orders shipping within your home region (EU→EU, US→US, UK→UK) don't typically attract customs charges.
Orders shipping across regions (e.g., US to UK, EU to Australia) may attract customs duties or VAT depending on your country's import threshold. These are paid by the recipient, charged by the carrier on delivery — they're not included in the Etsy checkout total. Etsy's checkout flags this on international orders.

Free shipping to EU, US, UK, Japan, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada — no minimum order, no codes. Other regions (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, rest of world) pay Printful-calculated rates shown at Etsy checkout. The free-shipping cost is built into the item price, not invisible — same maths Printful uses, just absorbed instead of itemised.
