1. Short version

We use Printful for global fulfilment from facilities in the EU, US, UK, and Australia. Your order ships from whichever facility is closest to your address. Etsy's checkout shows the exact ETA + shipping cost for your address before you pay — no surprises.

2. Delivery times by region

Total delivery time = production (2–7 business days) + shipping (depends on region). Production is what Printful needs to make the item on demand; shipping is the carrier transit after dispatch.

These are typical windows in normal conditions. Around holidays (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Black Friday) production + carrier networks slow down — add 3–5 days as a buffer.

3. Fulfilment facilities

Printful operates print facilities across four continents. Order routing is automatic — your address is matched to the nearest facility with the relevant blank in stock:

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order dispatches. Etsy + Printful both send dispatch notifications — same tracking number, two emails (just how the integration works; not a duplicate order).

Tracking goes through standard carriers per region (DPD, Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, DHL, AusPost, etc.) — Etsy shows the link in your order page.

5. Customs + import duties

Orders shipping within your home region (EU→EU, US→US, UK→UK) don't typically attract customs charges.

Orders shipping across regions (e.g., US to UK, EU to Australia) may attract customs duties or VAT depending on your country's import threshold. These are paid by the recipient, charged by the carrier on delivery — they're not included in the Etsy checkout total. Etsy's checkout flags this on international orders.

6. If your order is late

The ETAs above are typical, not guaranteed. Occasionally orders take longer for reasons outside our control:

If your order is more than 5 business days past the high end of its ETA window:

  1. Check the tracking link — most "late" orders are actually moving, just slowly through customs or last-mile
  2. If tracking is stuck for 7+ days with no movement, message us via Etsy. We open a trace with Printful
  3. If after the trace the order is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost (see refunds + replacements)

7. Free shipping / shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at Etsy checkout based on your address + selected items. We don't currently offer free shipping; Etsy's calculation reflects Printful's actual rates, which keeps margins honest. We may roll out free shipping for certain regions or order minimums after the first month of sales data — subscribe to the newsletter if that's of interest.
